Terms & Conditions

5. Usage Rules: Vehicle to be used only for personal transport. No racing, off-road driving, or sub-renting. Only the renter is permitted to drive. Helmet mandatory for motorbike riders

6. Accidents & Damage: Renter is fully responsible for any accident, damage, theft, or loss. Police report is mandatory. Repair costs will be deducted from the deposit. If costs exceed deposit, renter agrees to pay the balance immediately

7. Insurance-Car: Vehicle is covered by basic insurance only Insurance does NOT cover drunk, reckless, or illegal driving. Insurance excess payable by renter

8. Insurance-Bike: There is no insurance for motorbikes. If there is a damage, it will be covered by your deposit and if it is not enough, you will have to pay.

9. Traffic Fines & Violations: All traffic fines during rental period are renter’s responsibility, Owner may deduct unpaid fines from deposit

10. Late Return: Delay up to 1 hour: No charge. 1–6 hours: Half-day charge. Over 6 hours: Full-day charge.

11. Monthly Payment Terms: Monthly rental payable in advance. Delay over 3 days allows termination without refund

12. Early Return: No refund for unused rental period (Daily or Monthly)

13. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

14. Hourly Extension: If applicable, the hourly rate is LKR @if ($hourlyRate){{ $hourlyRate['rate'] }}@endif (Max 3 hours).
